Reminder of this important cheerleading tryout meeting Monday! Parents of any student wanting to try out for RMS Football or Basketball Cheerleading are HIGHLY encouraged to attend. Coaches will review tryout expectations and scoring logistics so that each students is prepared to do their best!
Anyone not able to attend must pick up a tryout packet in their school's front office on Tuesday!
Our PE students learned about nutrition from Shannon Greene of Chartwells (our food services provider) today. Some even got to make smoothies with a bike-powered blender!

The 2024 Riverside Middle Talent Show will be held during school on Thursday, May 9th. Auditions for the show are May 3rd and 6th during lunches.

The C-team Dogs played a good game, but fell to the Walhalla Razorbacks yesterday afternoon. Weather permitting, they'll be back in action this afternoon against the Blue Flame from Pickens.

Any rising 7th or 8th grader interested in trying out for the 2024-2025 Riverside Bulldog Cheerleading Squads are encouraged to attend the informational meeting. Coaches will discuss expectations and the tryout process. If you are unable to attend, packets will be available in all A4 school offices.
The C-Team Bulldogs return from Spring Break with a home game against Walhalla! First pitch at 6:00pm.
Today, we are beginning to collect donations for our first annual Triathlon in order to raise money for student incentives at Riverside including our goal of buildling a gameroom to use for student rewards. If you are willing to support us, please make a flat donation using the QR code or by sending cash or check made payable to Riverside Middle School in with any student. Riverside Middle School was presented with $500 worth of books on the Holocaust from the South Carolina Council on the Holocaust to be added to the library collection. The books are for students and teachers to further their knowledge and education about the Holocaust. We appreciate the SC Council on the Holocaust for providing us with quality literature.
