CONGRATULATIONS to Mr. Bill Sheskey, Riverside's latest WYFF4 Golden Apple Award winner!!! Mr. Sheskey, our Gateway to Technology teacher and 2024 ASD4 Teacher of the Year, was nominated by Pendleton High School sophomore Isaac Ladner, one of Mr. Sheskey's former Riverside students. The video will air on WYFF4 in September.

The Riverside Middle FFA officers attended the first ever Chapter Officer Summit hosted by the Bart Garrison Agricultural Museum of South Carolina. This was a two day workshop where the officers learned about parliamentary procedures, code of ethics, officer responsibilities, and much more.

Congratulations to Mae Powell for placing 4th in the on-site painting competition at the 27th Junior National Beta Convention this past June! Her prompt was to do a still life that was set up in front of the participants and they had 90 minutes to replicate the setup.
